Alison.ai's rebranding, user optimization and introducing new features such as the dashboard

I've joined Alison at a very early stage with a rudimentary product and hardly any consideration for flows, usability or branding.
During my time there as a lead product manager and UX/UI person, I've concentrated on data based user flows optimizations, rebranding and adding key features such as the Dashboard, a coherent navigation and data analysis features to ease and promote the independence of users to allow scale.
